Cooking with us will allow you to experience for yourself the freshness of Puglia food and immerse yourself in this wonderful part of Mediterranean countries.

The Mediterranean Sea is like a treasure chest, containing, within its shores, irreplaceable gems of food, culture and peoples. This lake-like sea, with its lights and shadows, is the keeper of secrets to be discovered and respected.

Here in the big kitchen, living core of the Masseria Serra dell’Isola, you will share with us part of these secrets: authentic recipes by Borboni noble families and by Puglia farmers and fishermen.

At the end of the cooking course you will bring home a rich and healthy heritage: you will learn the majesty of the hidden Puglia, land of great and healthy food habits, ancient traditions, magnificent extra-virgin olive oils, superb dishes and wines.

Usually we offer weekly courses with accommodation so that you could have a complete idea of our healthy food habits and you could enjoy daily trips visiting the best places here around, such as Castel del Monte, Trani, the Trulli area called Valle d’Itria, Matera and Altamura.

You could add one or more days to the following experiences.

We could offer you only full immersion cooking classes.

If you are vegetarian or vegan, no problem for you.

We eat lots of pasta, bread, vegetables and legumes. You could make your choice and you will eat only vegetarian or vegan food. We could organize a vegetarian cookery course for you even during the other courses.
